Belly Slimming Green Juice
For this Belly Slimming Green Juice, I chose the ingredients by what they are good for, as far as weight loss, and green juice is great for weightloss in general.
Kale is high in fiber, adding more fiber helps you to lose weight which helps you to also lose belly fat.
Lemon helps to detox the liver, aiding in keeping fat from metabolizing around the waistline.
Kiwi is also high in fiber.
Banana is high in potassium and also helps with bloating.
I want to be smaller and healthier, so drink this fiber-rich juice in the morning to help with the slimming of my belly and also to give me a metabolism boost to get my day started.
The older I get the more I need a morning boost, and the great thing is that it is delicious. You can blend with ice, or I like mine poured over ice.
- 2 handfuls of kale
- 1 lemon
- 1 kiwi
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- Peel the all the fruit and remove seeds.
- Put it all in the blender.
- Pour over ice and enjoy.
- If it comes out too thick for you, add a little water at a time to get the consistency you like.
