Blue Apron Can Help
Sometimes being a full-time single parent and also working full time, it is hard to get to the grocery store when you need to. That is where Blue Apron can help.
Blue Apron is a way for you to continue to have healthy meals at home even when you can’t make it to the grocery. There are 2 plans to chose from, the 2 person plan week includes 3 meals per week for $59.94 or you can choose the family plan.
With the family plan, you can choose either 2 or 4 meals per week. For 2 meals the cost is $71.92 or you can get 4 meals a week for $143.84.
If you ask me Blue Apron is completely affordable, just think about it, you go to the grocery to buy 4 meals for the week. You end up spending double your grocery budget due to picking up tons of random crap that you don’t need anyway.
There are a couple of things I love about Blue Apron, one is you can see the meals for the weeks to come, you can also cancel or skip at any time.
The concept is so amazing! For instance, I got the family plan with 2 meals for the week. It comes with absolutely everything I needed to complete those meals. Including fresh veggies.
I love the fact that I didn’t even have to use my own spices to complete the meal. And it came out amazing with the easy to follow instructions.
I am usually not the biggest fan of squash or ginger, and I honestly didn’t think they would go well together. Because I am one of those don’t knock it till you’ve tried it type of people, I tried it and was pleasantly surprised. All the flavors meshed well together and the pork roast was so tender and juicy.
I will likely continue to use Blue Apron because it takes the stress off of meal planning, and taking trips to the grocery store. The food is fresh and it tastes great. It is a tremendous help to me and my family!
