Ok, let me start with a disclaimer, I am by no means a healthy eater, even though I should be. So when the opportunity arose to test these chocolate chip cookies by Pure Pantry I had to try them.
The mix was really easy to prepare, the consistency was no different from any other cookie mix. It took a little less time then the package said to cook them, I am not sure if this was because of my oven or if it was an error in cooking time, either way just keep an eye on them and they will come out perfect.
The taste was awesome, I have never tried gluten free until now, so I am not sure what it is usually like, but these didn’t taste like they were missing a thing. My kids loved them, too.
Over all this is a great product regardless and has an added bonus for if you are gluten free.
