Every month I say I want to get fit, then I start a challenge that ends up being way too challenging for someone like me who doesn’t usually work out. I have a few areas that I want to work on, my butt and core being the main two. I have tried a few 30 day challenges and here is why they didn’t work for me.
- I felt like or me being a beginner, the weekly progression was way too much for me. Doing 20 of an exercise to doing 40 the next week caused me to lose a lot of motivation and drive.
- My weekends are busy, I am a single mom of 3. It’s easier for me to work out while they are in school, I want a challenge that allows me to rest on the weekend.
I wanted to do something that would work the areas that I want, that would be good for beginners, allow me to rest on the weekends but would be more than I am doing now, which is nothing lol.
I am thinking if people seem to like this, and I get enough feedback we can gradually progress next for the next 25 days (there are only 25 days in this challenge) but as I said we can delete, or add, but to do this I really need your feedback.
