We are just a few days away from the new year. I am all about getting my personal planner together and I have one for my business too.
I like to use a personal planner that is divided into weekly and monthly, with also some pages for my daily plan.
How To Make Personal Planner Dividers Using Dollar Tree Binders
In previous years I have started off strong and then at some point it fell apart. So this year I have designed all my own. I have big goals this year and I am one of those people who, if I don't write things down, it may or may not come together.
What is the best planner?
My favorite planner is Happy Planner. You can find daily planner pages and monthly and weekly layouts. This makes it easier to keep my personal planner and goals in order.
There are tons of accessories and you can also grab extensions to make for a wider binder.
Plus I have designed some amazing folders and other accessories that you can cut with your Cricut!
What is the best goal planner?
I have to say, a goal planner that you make and build your own. I used my stickers to make my own goal dashboard, cardstock folders and more.

The thinness of Doller Tree binders and folders make it the perfect material to make dividers for your personal planners. All you have to do is cut out the metal center or cut off the pockets to make it 1 flat piece.
What do I need to make Personal Planner Dividers?
Making these personal planner dividers is super cost-effective, way more cost-effective than purchasing the Happy Planner dividers. Plus you can make them the way you want! All you need is:
- Dollar Tree Binders or Folders (if you are looking to sell or to make for your classroom, grab them here, bulk is always best)
- And your Cricut machine
That's it, super easy. If you need a little help with how to use the score lines check out the video on this page or my post on How To Make DIY Planner Folders With Your Cricut.
