Beef Ramen Stir Fry Recipe
You will be able to make four servings with this super easy beef ramen stir fry recipe. If you have a big family, you might want to make two batches.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs minced
- 1 Tbs grated fresh ginger
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup agave
- ⅓ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1Tbs olive oil
- ½ cup water
Stir Fry
- 2 packages dried ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 pound sirloin steak, fat on and sliced into ¼-inch thick strips
- 3 cups fresh broccoli cut into florets
Instructions
- Prepare the noodles in boiling water. Allow them to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Reserve 1 cup of water and drain the rest.
- Add the 2 seasoning packets to the reserved water to make a broth.
- Now set aside your noodles.
- In a medium-size bowl, add broth, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and agave mix well.
- Next, add cornstarch and whisk out as many lumps as possible. You will have some lumps but the rest will cookout later.
- In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add the steak strips to the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook 2-3 more minutes on the other side until cooked through.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
- Add into the hot skillet ½ cup of water and then the broccoli.
- Add ½ cup of water to the skillet and cover.
- Steam the broccoli for about 2 minutes. The broccoli should remain bright green.
- Add the steak-cooked noodles with the broccoli.
- Pour the sauce in and using tongs mix well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
- Serve immediately.
