Air Fryer Manwich Sloppy Joe Bombs
This is the perfect way to introduce yourself to sloppy joes. This recipe will top any other sloppy joe recipe you may find.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can Manwich
- 1 can of flakey biscuits
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a medium skillet brown ground beef.
- Drain the fat and then stir in the can of Manwich. Allow the meat to completely cool. this recipe is great for leftovers.
- Flaten your biscuit dough with either your hand or a rolling pin.
- Add in about 2 tbs of cheese to the center of the dough.
- Now add about ¼ cup of the meat mixture on top of the mozzarella.
- Pinch around the sides to close, being careful not to catch the sauce in the dough.
- Then roll a bit in the palm of your hand and set on your sprayed Air Fryer tray or in the basket.
- Brush with the egg wash.
- Cook in a preheated air fryer at 375 for 8 minutes and then flip, cook another 8 minutes.
- Flip 1 last time and cook for about another 4 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy inside.
- Allow to sit and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
