Slow Cooker Orange Chicken
This slow cooker orange chicken recipe is so simple to cook in your crockpot!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut it into cubes)
- ½ cup barbeque sauce
- ½ cup + 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Add the BBQ sauce, ½ cup of the marmalade, soy sauce, and sesame oil into a medium-sized bowl.
Pour over the cubed chicken and toss.
Cook in the slow cooker for 6-7 hours on low.
Take the chicken out of the slow cooker and add 1 T of marmalade.
Put the chicken back into the slow cooker and cook for 30 more minutes.
Serve over rice and garnish.
