Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup Swerve Granular
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Half cup walnuts chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except walnuts and mix until well combined.
- Fold in walnuts.
- Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray and fill each one with about ¾ batter. It will not rise very much.
- Cook for about 8-12 minutes. Make sure they don’t burn.
