Almond Flour Bread
Bread is such a simple thing to make but a hard thing to enjoy while on a keto diet. This keto almond flour bread will make it possible to sit down and munch on a nice piece of bread again.
The main difference form bread that is keto and normal bread is the use of almond flour. A single cup of normal flour is loaded, I repeat, loaded with carbs while a cup of almond flour a lot less.
A lot of keto recipes are alike in that way. The ingredients that contain a lot of carbs are taken out and replaced by more keto-friendly options to make it enjoyable.

Once you have perfected this almond flour bread, it will be a simple yet large victory. It is so easy to make and you can use it to make a few different things such as sandwiches.
Your friends and family will not even realize that this bread is in fact keto. They will take a few bites and be surprised when you tell them that they are barely taking in any carbs.
Who says that bread can't be the signature recipe that you are know for? Some may prefer casserole or fried chicken, but I think mastering a bread that is keto-friendly is true culinary art!

Keto Diet
In case you have not picked up on it so far, keto diets are diets that limit you to little to no carbs. So when you eat things like almond flour bread, your body won't be burning carbs, but fat instead.
If you are just starting keto, you may be a bit worried because you are not feeling too well. It is 100% normal as your body adjusts to ketosis. You are experiencing the "keto flu".
The keto flu will last about 1-2 weeks and you will just experience symptoms like that of a common flu. As your body gets more acclimated to your new way of eating, you will feel better.

Once you have steadily been eating keto-friendly foods like almond flour bread, your body will officially be in ketosis and the changes will begin to happen.
While in ketosis, your body will no longer burn carbs for energy fuel and will begin to burn fats instead. For this reason, you will want to eat fatty foods so you still have a good source of energy.
As always, make sure you do your research before you take on something new, especially when is effects your entire body. It is always important to know what you're doing and how it will affect you.
