Ingredients

  • 1 lb thin sliced steak
  • 1/2 lb Broccoli , cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tbs ginger root, peeled and grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil and add the steak to the hot pan with the ginger and garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat then stir-fry beef until browned, 1-3 minutes.
  3. Add in the broccoli.
  4. Cook until it is tender. 
  5. Serve over riced cauliflower.
