There are different reasons why one would choose to have almond butter rather than peanut butter. One of the most basic would be having a peanut allergy.
If you do have a peanut allergy, and not all nuts, this cinnamon almond butter will give you more than what you're missing. The flavor is incomparable.
Just like any nut butter, you can make your cinnamon almond butter to be crunchy or smooth. It is completely up to you and has to do with how you blend the almonds.
If you would prefer crunchier almond butter, do not blend them as long in the food processor. If you would like it smooth, simply do the opposite and you will be set.
To make it smooth, you will usually be blending for about 20 minutes.
It is very simple to tailor this recipe to you so you can get the maximum amount of joy out of each bite. I personally prefer an AB & J over a typical PB & J.
