How To Make Roasted Garlic In The Air Fryer
Making roast garlic is an easy and quick task for anyone. Garlic cloves are the perfect embellishment for so many of the meals you make but it can also be enjoyed alone.
Ingredients
- raw garlic bulbs
- olive oil or avocado oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Tear off a sheet of foil.
- Slice off the top of the garlic bulb and place it head side up in the middle of the foil.
- Drizzle the head of garlic with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt.
- Wrap the aluminum foil around each head of garlic to lightly seal.
- Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket or oven rack.
- Air fry for approximately 16-20 minutes until golden and soft.
- Let cool before handling.
- Once cool, you can remove them from the foil packets and squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves.
