Easy Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

Around this time of year, we want 2 things. 1. Things that are easy to cook and 2. things that will feed quite a few. This equals slow cooker casseroles! This was my first time ever making breakfast in a crock pot, and this Slow-Cooker Cheesy Bacon Strata turned out amazing! This is something that I will be making again.

Even while bringing all of the ingredients together I couldn't stop thinking about how good this was going to be.

And the bread. OMG that's all I can say, I love anything that has bread in it.

I would have never thought of lining a crock pot in this way. This is an amazing idea and the person who thought to make foil handles to transfer this recipe is a genius in my book! This is a recreation of the Slow-Cooker Cheesy Bacon Strata seen here.
