Last night for dinner we had the pleasure of trying out Papa John’s new Pan Pizza. Pan pizza is my absolute favorite as far as the crust goes, to me, there is nothing like thick, crust on my pizza. Although this pan pizza is new, it was amazing, and I love the fact that they kept their traditional banana pepper and amazing garlic sauce in the box.
We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, and boy did they go fast. My kids love pizza, and just like me, pan is their favorite crust but they have also been known to dislike certain pizzas from other places, so I was just a bit nervous about ordering this new brand for 3 very picky eaters.
We ordered delivery and my oldest (17) seemed excited when he heard the knock on the door. It could be just that he was hungry, lol, but he went and got the pizza from the delivery driver and we dug in, well except the 6-year-old. It took some coaxing and the promise of pop if she ate it, before I got her to try it, and to my surprise, she loved it and they ate most of it and only left one slice!
As the oldest and youngest were going in for seconds I had to remind them that their middle sister was at work and they needed to save her some. The little one ate 3 and wanted to go in for more, but I wouldn’t let her.
Needless to say, if the biggest food critic I know likes it the 6-year-old, then it must be amazing.
