For such a creative writer and figure, how can we not celebrate? So sit back and find some fun and creative ways to make Dr. Seuss feel extra special on his birthday this year.

    Green Eggs And Ham

    This is one of the most popular ways to celebrate. Start the morning out with green eggs and a slice of cooked ham. You can simply add a few drops of green food coloring to scrambled eggs, mix and then cook like you normally would. Green Eggs and Ham is one of the most popular books by Dr. Seuss, so it seems fitting!

    Library Trip

    Head off to your local library with the kids and see what Dr. Seuss books are available. I do recommend possibly going early and getting books checked out, as they might already be taken.     In a fun celebration mode, host a birthday party for Dr. Seuss, and bake a cake or cupcakes. Maybe make them black or white or red and white to mimic his hat. However you decide, the kids will love it, and gobble down the delicious treat.
