How to Make Your Homemade Epsom Salt Bath Detox
First, you want to pick out your essential oils and pair them with the olive oil. If you want to add color in then use food coloring, if not skip the food coloring. I like to add food coloring when I give this as a gift as it can up the wow factor of how it looks presentation wise.
Next, you want to combine your baking soda and Epsom salt and mix it well with your oil and essential oils. Once it is well mixed just put in an airtight container.
Then before your bath run warm water and toss in two to three tablespoons in your bath and enjoy the bath soak in all it's glory!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 20-30 drops essential oils, your choice
- 1 ½ cups epsom salts
- 1 cups baking soda
- food coloring, optional
Instructions
- Stir Essential oils, food coloring and olive oil together
- If you aren't using food coloring then just leave it out
- Combine epsom salts and baking soda
- Combine with the oils
- Stir to mix
- Store in an airtight container
- Add 2 to 3 tablespoons to hot bath
