These things have become a very big trend and can get expensive if you are buying the commercial wraps. With all of these wraps, after application, you want to wrap tight with saran and then repeat with the ace bandage and leave for 30 mins to 8 hours. This is a great way to lose a few inches before a vacation or trip, or even a party to make sure you can get back into that dress you have been trying to fit.

With each recipe, you are going to need both of the following.

Ace Bandage

You will also need (depending on the recipe)

Coffee grounds

Epsom Salt

Coconut oil

Skin Toning Cream

Hemorrhoid Cream

Aloe Vera Juice

Essential Oils

If you plan to do the wraps Often I recommend just purchasing in bulk. It’s more cost-effective, especially if you plan to do your whole body. The plastic wrap will be used more than anything, it helps keep the “wrap creams” in place while we wait.
