Instant Pot Chicken Teriyaki
If you are looking for a one pot "dump" meal that you can also freeze and use for meal prep, then you are in the right spot. This Instant Pot Chicken Teriyaki is the perfect family meal.
To freeze, I put a freezer bag into a bowl, that I knew would fit into my instant pot. I then layered everything starting with chicken, then rice then dumped the rest of ingredients in, then I poured in the liquids (except chicken broth, you will add this when you cook it) I removed the air from the bag and stuck it, still in the bowl in the freezer.
When I got ready to cook it, I pulled it out and put it into my pot still frozen added the broth, set my pot and less than 30 minutes later I had a delicious dinner.
I can't say enough how much my Instant Pot has changed my life. I work 40+ hours a week and before was seldom able to cook dinner maybe 1 or 2 times a week. But with this magic machine, I cook almost daily.
This Instant Pot Chicken Teriyaki was quick easy and tasted amazing. Check out my group on Facebook Food Blogs and Recipes on Facebook, if you want more of the wondrous Instant Pot and its recipes Join Instant Pot Recipes and Talk
