I wanted an iced coffee recipe that was fast and wouldn’t take me fifteen minutes to make. When I get up I like instant results and that is where I came up with this recipe!
Grab your sugar-free (or regular) S’mores syrup and use that to give you all the elements of the s’mores flavors. Then pair with a cold brew coffee. You can buy store-bought cold brew or make some cold brew the day before and grab it from your fridge. Then assemble your iced coffee and sip until you feel you are energized for the day.

Can You Use Regular Coffee For This?
If you want to skip a cold brew, just brew up a really strong coffee or even espresso and use in replace of the cold brew. Allow it to cool slightly before you stir in ingredients as it will melt the ice pretty fast. You will still come out with a really delicious drink! Or if you prefer a hot coffee, then skip the cooking and enjoy the rich flavors in a hot version! I have done this on a chilly winter day!
