At the start of 2016, I resolved to be more healthy overall. I work in a bar, so I wanted to stop eating so much bar food aka fried food and cut out pop. I wanted to start working out again and to lose weight and to also just feel more energized.
I have done ok, I eat more salads at work and only eat the wonderful wings 1 time a week or less, I have also cut back to about 1 pop a month, which is really good for me because I was drinking at the least 5 to 6 cans of Pepsi a day.
Although I feel a little bit better I am still lacking energy, I needed something to give me a little bit of an energy boost.
So I headed off to Walmart to find some vitamins to help me with my health goals. I grabbed some Nature Made Energy melts to help boost my energy, these melts have vitamin B12 in them which is good for helping with fatigue along with a few other things.
My life schedule keeps me tired so these were perfect for me. I also grabbed some vitamin c. I have been using them for about 2 weeks now and I do feel a lot more energy.
I have been using them for about 2 weeks now and I do feel a lot more energy. I am sure once I find the time and motivation to workout regularly I will feel more like a real person and less like a Mombie.
