Campbell’s Soup Cheesy Chicken and Rice Skillet recipe
This is one of those go-to recipes. I go to this recipe anytime I really don’t feel like cooking but need something hearty for the kids to eat.
What you need:
4 Chicken Breasts
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup uncooked white rice
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup of mild cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 375.
Add the Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1 can of water to a large skillet, stir together well. Add in rice, garlic powder and salt and pepper, stir.
Place your chicken breasts on top of the rice and soup mixture. Bake 50 minutes till rice is tender and chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven and top with cheese, let sit about 5 minutes until cheese melts and serve. You can also add veggies to this recipe or serve with a salad.

This is one of my husbands favorite meals! He would eat it every day if I would make it that often!
