Rae Dunn Inspired Bunny Butt Craft
The kids will love making these Rae Dunn inspired bunny butt pots! You will have to help them with the use of the EasyPress Mini, we don't want them to burn themselves.

For this Rae Dunn inspired Craft we will be using the Cricut Rotary blade. Which makes cutting things like fabric and leather a breeze.
The Cricut Rotary Blade is used to cut fabric. This blade is made specifically for the Cricut Maker Machine, but it allows you to use your machine to cut clean straight lines.
No, the Cricut explore can't hold nor use the Cricut Rotary blade.

So if you are looking for an adorable addition to your Easter crafting, you should really consider making this bunny butt pot. Or better yet let the kids make it!

How To Make Easter Bunny Butt Pots
Materials
- Three Tiny Terracotta Pots
- 3 Medium-Sized Pom Poms (I went with brown, grey and white)
- 3 Tiny-Sized Pom Poms (I went with brown, grey and white)
- Craft Felt to Match Pom Poms and Pink for Toes
- Black Heat Transfer Vinyl
- White Acrylic Craft Paint
Tools
- Cricut Cutting Machine
- Cricut EasyPress Mini
- Hot Glue Gun & Glue
- Paintbrush
Instructions
- Paint your three terracotta pots white and allow them to dry completely.
- Load the cut file to Cricut Design Space and size the “HOP” text and bunny foot to be the size you’d like (I used a 1-inch height on “HOP” text and ½-inch height on the foot).
- Attach the lettering so you don’t have to wrestle with separate letters, then duplicate the “HOP” text twice for a total of 3 “HOP”s and duplicate the bunny foot 5 times so you have a total of 6 bunny feet.
- If you chose pom poms that are different colors, change the colors of the feet pairs to match.
- Tell Cricut Design Space to “Make It”.
- Load and cut your felt material to cut the felt feet and toes
- Now load and cut the iron-on vinyl for the “HOP” text. Be sure to mirror the text, since we’re using HTV.
- Weed the designs.
- Use the EasyPress Mini to affix the “HOP” lettering to the front of each pot.
- Assemble the feet by hot gluing the toes and footpad to each foot.
- Hot glue a larger pom pom into a terracotta pot.
- Hot glue a tiny pom pom on top of the larger pom pom as the bunny tail.
- Hot glue the feet onto the side of the large pom pom and enjoy!
