I have been on this smoothie kick off and on for about a year now. Not sure why I fall off because when I drink them, I feel more energized, not as tired and just better.
I generally keep my pulp from juicing fruits and veggies in the freezer in sandwich baggies for really quick morning smoothies and also I don’t like to put ice in them because I feel like they end up too watery so when I freeze the fruit it’s my ice substitute.
