Using my Instant Pot for me means, cooking fresh a lot more and way less processed food. You can use fettuccine noodles instead of the penne that I use in this Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo Recipe.
The more I learn the more excited I get. I have been freezing leftovers and they taste absolutely phenomenal the second time around.

Instant Pot Alfredo
Most of the time I double the recipe for my Instant Pot Alfredo Sauce recipe and freezing half using these mason jars and these lids, it will take the work out of the next time I want something with Alfredo Sauce.
And when I am ready to use it, I just take it out that morning and it's ready by the time dinner is done. This recipe is so much better than store-bought!
Tips For Cooking Pasta In The Instant Pot
- Cook time is about half of the normal cook time printed on the box.
- Always use the quick release when cooking pasta in your pressure cooker, if you naturally release, then it is still cooking and you will end up having pasta mush.
- You can always replace the water that the Instant Pot recipe calls for chicken broth or another broth and this tip isn't just for fettuccine alfredo pasta, it applies to anything you pressure cook.

I want to try this, but I have a question. If I cook the shrimp for 15 minutes, won't it be overdone and tough?

I just got an instant pot. Does the chicken need to be pre-cooked or is it put in raw?
