Oriental Style Diced Hash Browns

- 3 medium to large potatoes, diced
- ¼ cup green beans, chopped about 1 inch
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 10 bay leaves, minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare your cumin marinade. In a medium bowl, combine onion, garlic, cumin, green beans, salt, pepper bay leaves and oil.
- In a large bowl add potatoes and marinade. Make sure marinade is will combine then leave it for about 15 minutes while you pre heat oven to 400.
