Jolly Rancher Drink Recipe
With the 4th of July literally around the corner, this is a perfect drink to make for entertaining. I also serve this up for Memorial Day. The layers of color really wow the guests and the flavor is phenomenal. Grab your tequila and a few other ingredients and you can have these cocktails made in minutes. 
If you have never infused Jolly Ranchers with alcohol you might want to give it a try. It really offers a sweet flavor that is great for mixing up in cocktails and serving. Grind up a Jolly Rancher and use it to salt the rim of your glass for that extra added sugary sweet flavor with each sip. I have done a handful of cocktails using Jolly Ranchers and they all turned out fabulous. I love making up good cocktail recipes to serve to friends and family when we entertain.
Perfectly Sweet Infused Jolly Rancher Drink Cocktail
Infused drinks are amazing, and is a great way to put a new spin on an old drink. Plus the different layers of color is a neat aspect that always impresses. You can change up the flavors of this drink if you prefer a different Jolly Rancher flavor over the blue raspberry. I love the blue raspberry and find it gives this drink a wonderful flavor, but feel free to play around. You could even do the apple for a green effect for Halloween, that could be really fun. Just try and test out and see what you like the best!

Blue Raspberry Jolly Rancher Cocktail
Ingredients
- 4 Blue Raspberry Jolly Ranchers
- ½ c silver tequila
- 3 T simple syrup
- 3 t raspberry syrup
Instructions
- Crush jolly ranchers and put them in the tequila and allow them to melt.
- After the jolly ranchers have melted in the tequila add simple syrup and stir well.
- Pour into a cocktail glass and either with a funnel or carefully keeping liquid to the side of the glass pour in about 3 tablespoons.
To infuse your Jolly Ranchers it is really easy to do, just soak your Jolly Ranchers in your Tequila and let it melt. If you want to feel free to speed the process up by breaking up the Jolly Ranchers first. I have put them in a sandwich bag and hit them with a hammer to break up into little bits. It works great and they melt faster. Then just create your simple syrup or buy some and start making your drinks. Super easy and something different than your basic cocktail.
