Keto Diet

In case you are unsure of what keto even is, let me explain it to you in the easiest way I can think of. It just means that you will not be eating any carbs or very low amounts such as these keto butter cookies.

This will force your body to start burning fat rather than burning carbs like it usually would. That is why it is important that you take in a lot of fats to burn off.

When you start this diet, your body will have to get used to being in ketosis. For that reason, you may go through what people call the “keto flu”. I promise it is not as bad as it sounds.

It can last anywhere from a week to three weeks. This is just your body’s reaction to the new changes that you are putting it through and it is still healthy for you.

Keto diets can lower your cholesterol, reduce acne, and so many other things. There are so many benefits to going on a keto diet so why not try it and start with these keto butter cookies.
