Melted cheese, savory sauce, pepperoni in each bite, I am little drooling as I type!

Tips For Picking The Best Peppers for Stuffed Peppers
Did you know there are two different types of bell peppers? If you flip over the pepper and look at the bottom, you will see some peppers have three knobs and the other has four. You might think nothing of it, but that means one is male and one is female.
The male pepper has the three knobs, and the female has four. If you plan to cook with the pepper, they recommend buying males. The reason being is males have fewer seeds and are a bit more bitter. They will cook up to have a nice flavor. Now if you want to eat the veggies raw, reach for the female (four knobs) for a more sweet taste.
I learned this trick years ago, and I have to say I have tried eating a four knob pepper raw and did notice some change in flavor to the three knob peppers.

- 4 bell peppers assorted colors, seeded and rinsed
- 2 large mushrooms
- 1/2 c pizza sauce
- 1/2 c pepperoni mini
- 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs parsley flakes
Mix all ingredients together
Add to the inside of the peppers filling to the top
Add 1 cup of water and the triviet to your instant pot (the instant pot mini can cook 2 at a time)
Place on and lock lid
Press manual pressure (high) for 8 mins
