It is a pretty easy process to make, which in my books makes it a recipe I will keep using over and over again.
The sweetener I use is Splenda, it still allows you to get that creamy texture from your ice cream, and adds a perfect amount of sweetness to the ice cream.
You can use other forms of sweeteners this is just my preference for a nice creamy low carb ice cream.
The hardest part of making this ice cream is waiting for it to freeze in the freezer. But don’t let that stop you from making it, because the reward at the end is so worth it!
