Store-bought bread is convenient but the moment you make your own bread, you won’t want to have it any other way.

A tip that I have to make sure that you can make the bread rise is to make sure that your eggs are frothy when you add them into the mixture.
To achieve this, the best, I recommend using an electric mixer if you have one. The more froth the eggs have will create more air to help increase the batter volume that you will have to work with.
If you do not have an electric mixer, be mindful that you pay attention to the batter. You will not want to have any lumps of dry ingredients in the finished easy keto bread, of course!

So, what the heck is xanthan gum? If you have never heard of this before - you are not alone. Xanthan Gum is used as a thickening agent in recipes. You should be able to locate it in the baking section of your food store.
You may be wondering what it is replacing if you are new to the keto diet. Being gluten-free means that gluten that typically holds together bread is not an option! This is where the xanthan gum comes in to help make the bread consistency like normal.
Now that you know a little bit more about what makes an easy keto bread possible - it’s time to enjoy it!
This keto bread pairs great also with soups, salads and more. A healthy diet doesn’t mean you have to give up everything that you love. So let’s get baking!
