Enjoy a delicious sandwich made with low carb and gluten free bread. Not only is it perfect for adults, but kids will love it too.
I have been trying to eat healthier lately, but it is so dang hard when it comes to buying stuff at the store. I purchased a lot of low carbs and gluten free products the other week at the store, and when I saw the total, I about passed out. After much looking and gathering recipes I learned that it is a lot cheaper to make low carb and gluten free products than to buy them. After seeing how easy it was, I started with the easiest thing and worked my way down. Today I am going to give you my recipe to Low Carb, Gluten Free Sandwich Bread.
What makes this bread so great is that it literally goes with everything! The loaf stays fresh, just like a normal loaf from the store will. One of the main things that was great to me, was that I knew exactly what was going into my bread and it did not contain any fillers or artificial products. My kids are in love with it, and I have friends asking me for loaves.
I hope you enjoy my Low Carb, Gluten Free Sandwich Bread as much as I did. If you make it, share it with my on Facebook or Twitter. Check out my other mouthwatering recipes for even more ideas!
