Simple and Easy Steak Quinoa Broccoli Bowl
After working a long and hard week, I love nothing more than to relax on the weekends. On the rare occasion that I am off, I love to indulge and eat delicious, healthy but filling meals. While it is nice to sit down to a thick and juicy steak, after a long work week it would be nice to throw all the ingredients in a bowl and call it dinner and done. That is I made this simple Steak Quinoa Broccoli Bowl and it is perfect for lazy nights!

What I love most about this recipe, is that the steak can be made ahead. I like to marinate the meat overnight and then cook it all the next day. Which cuts down on my prep time. It is usually served over a bed of rice, then steak, and topped with chips. However, I like to add veggies. I often mix up the marinade and use something a little different each time, the topping or whatever you decide. This dish is so versatile that it is perfect for the whole family!
I hope you enjoy my Beef Steak Bowls as much as my family did. If you wish, you can even change up the seasonings or add in some of your favorite vegetables to make a fulfilling dish. If you make this recipe, make sure to share it with me on Facebook or Twitter.
