- 6 ⅓ cip all purpose flour, unbleached
- 1 ⅓ cup dry buttermilk
- 2 tbs baking powder
- 1 tbs baking soda
- ⅓ cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk or water
- 1 cup pancake mix
Instructions
For The Dry Pancake Mix
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and it all together until I thought it was mixed well.
Store the mix in an airtight container.
To make pancakes use
- Mix egg, vanilla, and milk or water with the dry mix.
- In a hot skillet, on med-high heat or on a griddle, add some oil. Now ladle some of the mix in.
- When you notice bubbles start to form and the edges crisping, flip it.
- Serve with your favorite pancake toppings, and enjoy!
