Whip up a pumpkin cheesecake bread that will knock your socks off. You have tender and moist pumpkin bread that has a swirl of cheesecake throughout, so you have the best of both worlds! A perfect fall spiced bread to serve anytime of day.
Pumpkin cheesecake bread is a must make item for the fall in our home. I mean to be quite honest, I have made this recipe a handful of times this summer. I don't box pumpkin into just the fall, but I will say it is extra tasty on those chilly fall days.
Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake Bread
What I really like about this bread is it comes out really moist, spongy, and packed full of pumpkin spice flavor. Then you add the element of cheesecake so it amplifies the value. You have that silky smooth cheesecake mixed with the cake. The canned pumpkin really helps keep this bread nice and moist.

No Fuss Pumpkin Cheesecake Bread
The nice thing about this recipe is it is no fuss. No major steps or techniques needed to get that perfect pumpkin bread. Plus you simply whisk up the ingredients, dump, and bake! I do have some handy tips to help you get that soft, light, moist bread!
Overmix | This recipe requires minimal mixing. If you go to mixing this batter too much you will end up with a really tough bread. I recommend hand mixing.
Allow It To Cool | Before you slice into this delicious bread, make sure you allow it to cool on a cooling rack completely. You will be able to slice through this bread so much easier and will get those really nice clean cut lines.
Cook Thorugh | Also, I want to add make sure you cook this bread through. Stick a toothpick in random spots to ensure your toothpick comes out clean. If you see gooey dough on the toothpick you need to keep on baking. If you underbake this bread it will sink in the middle as it cools.
