I know what you’re thinking though, “the calories are absurd! If I eat one slice it will never forgive me.” Well here’s our little secret, there are no calories at all.

low carb bread

Our keto blueberry bread recipe is completely no-carb and vegetarian. But before we get to the recipe I feel it’s important to explain the keto way of eating.

Ketogenic or keto is a popular diet where you eliminate all carbohydrates and starches and replace them with healthy fats. By lacking carbs, your body will go into a metabolic state called ketosis, which can have many effective health benefits.

Just some of the benefits include weight loss, less acne, improved memory, spare energy, and lowered blood sugar. There is also a link between keto diets and lowered risk for diabetes and heart disease.

Keto Diet

This type of diet is recommended for diabetics, people looking to lose weight, and anyone wanting to be healthier. So why not start with this delicious keto blueberry bread!

By eating more fats you get full faster, so on this diet, you don’t need to starve all day and restrict yourself from the happiness food provides. I highly recommend keto and it has improved my life greatly, however, I suggest consulting with a doctor or doing the research before starting.

Keto diets may counteract with muscle growth and high-performance sports. Now, I know you’re dying to hear about the keto blueberry bread so let’s get to it.
