I have been working on mastering this cauliflower pizza crust for a while and I finally created a crust that is outstanding. It has the perfect texture, flavor, and holds up great during the cooking process.

Cauliflower Pizza Crust With Tomato Spinach and Feta
This cauliflower pizza crust is the best and you can top it with your favorite pizza ingredients for the tastiest low carb lunch or dinner option! A veggie-packed crust that is low carb, savory, and holds up like a normal pizza crust in the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 Eggs
- 1 tbs almond flour
- 2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ Cup Feta Cheese
- 2 Roma Tomatoes
- ½ cup Spinach
- 1 tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 tbs Basil, dried
- 2 tbs parsley
Instructions
- Steam cauliflower till soft in either the instant pot or stove top
- Preheat oven to 400 or air fryer to 380.
- When tender remove the cauliflower and mash. Then using a cheesecloth wrap your cauliflower and ring out all water.
- Stir in 1 cup cheese, the almond flour, egg and all spices and mix well.
- When mixed, transfer onto a piece of parchment paper or greased cookie sheet, forming a circle and bake/cook 15 mins in your chosen cooking method
- After the crust has cooked take it out of the oven.
- Place on spinach, tomato, feta and remaining mozzarella and bake/cook another 15 minutes or until edges start to brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm
