I used speared dill pickles for this recipe, but you can use pickle slices or another kind of pickles for this air fryer recipe.

Keto Fried Pickles
If you are looking for the perfect snack for your keto/low carb diet. This keto pickle recipe is a great option!
Ingredients
- 8 dill pickle spears
- ¼ cup Almond flour
- 1 cup pork rind
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy whipping cream
- ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer at 350 degrees F.
- Use a paper towel to get some of the liquid off of the pickles.
- Crush Pork rinds and put them into a bowl.
- Mix the heavy cream and egg in a second bowl.
- Mix garlic powder and almond flour and put on a plate. You may add salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat the pickle spears in the almond flour mixture, then into the egg wash, and finally, into the pork rind bread crumbs.
- Place the coated pickle spears into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Notes
Make this recipe your own by adding different seasonings. You could try cayenne pepper, cajun seasoning. You can even swap out the dills, for butter pickles. The best way to enjoy these keto air fryer pickles is, in my opinion, to eat them with a ranch dip.
